Delivery Terms
We deliver to all UK addresses. We deliver to you at home or at work if preferred.
Free delivery is available, (minimum purchase of £70) for customers within 7 miles of your Colchester store.
We pride ourselves to have an effective and efficient delivery service.
Orders placed between Monday to Thursday before 1pm, will be processed same day, and delivered the next working day (unless specified otherwise).
We offer Saturday deliveries for addresses in Colchester.
We also offer a Click & Collect service. Simply order on our website (subject to availability) and collect same day at our store in Colchester or Ipswich.
No Quibble Return
We take great pride and make the best effort in making absolute sure our products, get to you in pristine condition.
However, in the unlikely event, that a product purchased from us needs to be returned. We would replace or refund on most products.
Return payments are immediate, however, card or PayPal returns may take up to 7 working days.
Products must be in their original packaging to be returned.
Frozen, smoked and perishable products are non-returnable.
